Purpose of the RCC
1. Healthy space to “chill”
2. “Home base” for peer supports
3. Place to connect with those seeking recovery or support in recovery
4. Central point where resources can converge
5. “Go-to” place for community trainings and education on MI/SUD/trauma/support

1. Building space – power – water – internet – security monitoring
2. Supervisor – PSS with the skills and abilities to oversee participants, manage volunteers and their schedules, coordinate classes/presentations/groups, understand and enforce policies/procedures
